5 stage of grief and maslow hierarchy of needs. both of my fav theory of all time

in 5 stage of grief there is grief, depression, bargaining, anger and ACCEPTANCE.

acceptance is the main destination. acceptance is where u realized wat u have and

to embrace with it. without it, we will always look back with what we are missing and unable to move up of the hierarchy of needs. Moving up is important, u can't see far when ur low.

Its not easy, No body say its easy and it is not going to b easy

Do let your emotion go. emotion is there for a reason but do not let it b the reason.

when ur unhappy just b unhappy. some time in life, there are just just days

when u don feel good and nothing seems to make it right. why bother?

emotion is something we need to respect. going against it make no help but to drain

off precious energy. energy is precious, it can lead us a long long way if used wisely.

well its election time. time for different party to present their fruits or their seeds.

for my side i have the current party and sdp to vote for.

i did abit of research and being a union member allow me to be refresh on how sg work. Its way from the start till today in the indoor stadium last week.

from what i digested. the current party is still being very objective as how they used to be for the pass 50 over yrs?

jobs = money = less problem

make total sense as more jobs keep people occupied no time to think too much.

true... but there are just some hint that people are getting bit too complacent.

true that the lower income people does have problem coping with the current cost price.

but i believe that the garment does not want them to be a burden and depend on the government too much. its a human nature to take things easy other than the minority who push them self and very self motivated. if they are going to make it a case by case basis, people are going to appeal, appeal and appeal. i also believe they want to keep the budget ratio so more can b used on investment for the longer term benefit.

on the other hand looking at how HE manage to step on power show that he is very objective. but if he don, some body will. power lust. thats y he does not want any objection, any one against him must DIE... i believe there are more to what is being shown to us. some thing are better keep under the carpet.

as a company itself, they have to hard sell their product. even if other company is suggesting a new product, they have to insist their product is the best even if they know that its a big fat lie.

coz once u announced that ur product is not as good, there will b no income and ur company will DIE. this encourage a vicious cycle of lies. facts are always sugar coated. things are defined as what the beholder think it is.

when i see stroke patient, they are already lying on the bed.

there is this patient of mine who i did dressing on his leg.

had a little conversation with him. he is rather worried about his leg.

this morning, this same uncle was slurring and his side is weak. should i

immediately, i recognize that as stroke. you may feel that the symptom is

obvious. but to that very moment can u diagnose it and provide the appropriate

action.
